Made to Order
All items are printed and produced specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, I can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or "it's not what I expected."
Please check sizing info carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong (wrong size shipped, print error, etc.), I've got you. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
I'll send a replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact me and I'll work with you to figure it out.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once approved.
Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, I can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that, it's likely already being made.
