By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but please don't use the site.
Products & Orders
- All items are made to order and produced by my print-on-demand partner (Printful)
- Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences and printing processes
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (I'll refund you if I do)
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already placed
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this site are owned by me (deeperpls) unless otherwise noted.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or resell my designs
- Use my work for commercial purposes without permission
- Claim my designs as your own

Some products feature vintage images or public domain materials. Where applicable, credit is given.
Accuracy of Information
I do my best to describe products accurately, but I'm human. If something is significantly different from what was described, contact me and I'll make it right.
Limitation of Liability
I'm a small independent shop, not a corporation. By using this site, you agree that:
- I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- My total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for your order
- I'm not responsible for delays or failures outside my control (shipping carriers, natural disasters, cosmic collapse, etc.)

This site relies on third-party services including:
- BigCartel (hosting)
- Printful (printing and fulfillment)
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
I'm not responsible for their policies or actions, but I choose partners I trust.
User Conduct
Don't:
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the site
- Harass me or other customers
I reserve the right to block anyone who violates these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Florida courts.
