Processing Time
All items are made to order and typically take 2-5 business days to produce before shipping. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• US: 3-7 business days
• Canada: 7-15 business days
• UK & Europe: 7-20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
• Rest of World: 10-30 business days
  

These are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may experience delays due to customs.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact me.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price of all items. What you see is what you pay.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out and I'll investigate. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact me.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. I'm not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, but I'll do my best to help.
